Jacinta Quah

Jacinta Quah is the Vice President of Infrastructure Solutions Group at Dell Technologies, a leading global provider of end-to-end technology solutions and digital transformation accelerators. 

At Dell, Jacinta leads a highly skilled Product Marketing team for the multi-billion dollars Data Center Compute Solutions business in the Asia Pacific, Japan and Greater China region. Responsible for the portfolio’s annual operating plan, pricing strategy, demand planning and GTM effectiveness from sales training requirements, communications, sales plays to programs.  

Prior to this, Jacinta has over 20 years of leadership experience across Marketing, Sales, Consulting, Technical Service Delivery and Operations, inside some of the world’s biggest and most successful tech companies. With a proven track record in pioneering new approaches, building and scaling transformative go-to-market within established businesses, Jacinta is known for her unique ability to break through inertia and lead change.

Having successfully orchestrated multiple large-scale transformation initiatives, Jacinta is clear-eyed on the impact of strategic vision going hand-in-hand with execution rigor, and data analytics applied with empathy & creativity. 

Passionate about building teams that are diverse talent-attractors where great ideas thrive and purpose drives actions for winning together, Jacinta has served as a Mentor for Girls in Tech, as well as Speaker Selection Lead for KeyNote Women, a non-profit with a mission to bring diverse voices to stages around the world.

Jacinta is an alumni of the University of Toronto and holds an extensive portfolio of Certifications including: Solutions-Focused Coach, Stakeholder Centered Executive Coach, TEAM Coach, PROSCI Change Management and Clinical Nutritionist.  Jacinta resides in Singapore with her husband and daughter.
