It's Reflection Time

I’m writing this final post for 2018 from the beautiful Vienna, where I’m enjoying the holiday with my family. The mood is festive.  Just the perfect backdrop to take in all that have happened this year, to reflect, digest, integrate the learning, and ready to make 2019 bigger and better.

 

Sometimes, we get so caught up in chasing our goals that we forget to pause for a moment to reflect on how far we’ve come, the progress we’ve made, the resources we uncovered and mobilized, to appreciate, to celebrate, to share with our loved ones, and to apply more of what make our heart sing in our next goal.
